Now it is possible to challenge an already issued enforcement order in electronic format through the Mobile Government information system in the user's personal account.
"Objections will be filed electronically using an electronic digital signature (EDS)," Talgat Uali said.
According to him, the new mechanism will ensure control over the legality of executive inscriptions and simplify access for citizens and organizations to notary services in digital format.
"The entire system is set up to take into account the territorial binding of notarial actions. Transparency and legality of collections," he noted.
It should be noted that the innovation is being implemented within the framework of the pilot project "Digital Executive Inscription".
Earlier, it was reported that 40 thousand complaints were received about the actions of bailiffs and notaries.
